Welcome to SELECTED, a platform that connects content creators with users who wish to access and engage with the content they create. By using SELECTED, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
"SELECTED" refers to the mobile application and related services provided by the company.
"Content Creator" refers to any individual or entity who publishes content on SELECTED.
"User" refers to any individual or entity who subscribes to access and engage with Content Creator's content.
"Content" refers to any text, images, videos, audio, or other media uploaded and published by Content Creators.
2.1. Both Users and Content Creators must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SELECTED services. SELECTED cannot be held responsible if someone signs up and provides false information regarding their age.
3.1. Content Creators retain full rights to their Content but grant SELECTED a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to distribute and display their Content on SELECTED.
3.2. Content Creators are not allowed to publish pornographic, nude, hateful, or abusive Content. SELECTED reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these restrictions and may terminate or suspend the Content Creator's account.
3.3. SELECTED is not responsible for the Content published by Content Creators. Content Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and privacy laws.
4.1. SELECTED collects subscription fees on behalf of Content Creators. Creators will be paid the fees collected in the previous month, minus a 15% commission taken by SELECTED, at the latest 15 days after that month is over.
4.2. Content Creators are responsible for paying their own taxes on earnings generated through SELECTED.
4.3. Before any payment is made to a Content Creator, a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check will be performed.
5.1. Content Creators set the subscription price for accessing their Content.
5.2. Subscription length is always one month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
